Natural remedies are frowned on by the medical community, but I tried this after a couple of years with little to no improvement in my symptoms. One of Anthony William's most well-known recommendations is the daily consumption of fresh celery juice on an empty stomach, which he claims offers a wide range of health benefits, including improved digestion, detoxification, and reduced inflammation.
